B&W Licensechecker 11.19 does not display licenses in use from older versions

B&W Licensechecker 11.19.
Description
When using an older software version (e.g. version 9.0) than the license supports (e.g. 10.0), the licenses in use are not reported.
The issue has been fixed in the updated version on the download portal.
Recommendation
Update of the B&W Licensechecker 11.19.
